We are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager with our Transfer Pricing Practice in Philadelphia. This is a hybrid position that requires the ability to work in our Center City Philadelphia office 4 days per week and at our HQ office in Wayne, PA approximately 1-2 days per month or as business requires.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Client and Technical Responsibilities:
  • Effectively plan, execute and deliver multiple client engagements on time and on budget while maintaining active communications in an effort to exceed client expectations and satisfaction
  • Build client relationships and ensure top-tier service
  • Provide a fully integrated approach to client service by supporting transfer pricing planning, operational transfer pricing, tax compliance and audit defense
  • Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax compliance and planning purposes
  • Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop practical planning approaches
  • Lead functional interviews to efficiently gather relevant information for transfer pricing analyses
  • Develop, review, and execute benchmarking analyses for intercompany transactions involving transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and funds
  • Prepare OECD Master Files, Local Files, and other transfer pricing documentation

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and mentor Transfer Pricing staff
  • Plan, organize, and assign projects to members of the Transfer Pricing team
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Foster a strong, collaborative team culture
QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in an accounting or consulting firm
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, AI, Python, Alteryx, or similar technologies is highly preferred
  • Commitment to the pursuit of excellence in professional endeavors
  • Exceptional project management skills and a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical understanding of U.S. Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is a hybrid position that requires the ability to work in our Center City Philadelphia office 4 days per week and at our HQ office in Wayne, PA, approximately 1-2 days per month or as business requires. Occasional domestic and international travel will be required. (Approximately 5% travel)
