This position reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and will work closely with the Director of Marketing.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Operations Lead will be
a key connector between GTM’s marketing and business development efforts. This role will focus on aligning GTM’s marketing and sales efforts, managing the lead generation pipeline, optimizing and streamlining processes, and executing strategies that drive revenue and accelerate customer acquisition. The Sales Operations Lead partners closely with marketing and practice leaders to support lead generation, proposal development, and CRM optimization. This position reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • General pipeline management and reporting: work with all market and practice leaders to ensure the pipeline is up to date and opportunities are progressing through the sales process.
  • Monthly business development & marketing meetings: Coordinate and direct monthly business development and marketing meetings for defined regions with various stakeholders. Prepare agendas and track action items.
  • Lead management: Act as a key point of contact for lead generation routing and tracking. Ensure leads are routed to the appropriate market and practice leaders and properly documented in the pipeline.
  • Proposal Support:  Assist market leaders, practice leaders, and other managing directors with the preparation of proposals and RFP responses.
  • HubSpot Support & Administration: Ensure data in CRM is accurate and updated, manage CRM user access, manage lists within CRM, provide CRM training/support to end users, and implement new CRM functionality.
  • Prospect outreach: Proactively follow up with prospects after key activities and events (e.g., event attendance, website visits, content consumption, current news, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations with strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes, methodologies, pipeline management, and best practices
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software, especially HubSpot and other commonly used business technologies such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies
  • This hybrid role requires the ability to work in the Wayne, PA office at least 2-3 days per week, or more, based on business needs
  • Occasional domestic travel will be required. (Approximately 5-25% travel)
