POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Operations Lead will be a key connector between GTM’s marketing and business development efforts. This role will focus on aligning GTM’s marketing and sales efforts, managing the lead generation pipeline, optimizing and streamlining processes, and executing strategies that drive revenue and accelerate customer acquisition. The Sales Operations Lead partners closely with marketing and practice leaders to support lead generation, proposal development, and CRM optimization. This position reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.
