Responsibilities:
As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will work on challenging projects that directly impact our clients while collaborating with experienced leaders in a dynamic environment.

• Prepare federal, state & local income tax returns, federal and state tax estimates, extensions, and forecasting
• Utilize advanced corporate tax knowledge and understanding to support the tax compliance and tax provision process
• Review and prepare complex corporate federal and state tax returns
• Demonstrate understanding of ASC 740 and ability to prepare income tax accrual calculations
• Audit quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions prepared by staff
• Demonstrate understanding of tax return filing requirements for foreign operations
• Conduct federal and state tax research and draft/review memorandums to support tax return filing positions and special projects to minimize tax expense
• Remain current on developments and changes in tax law and accounting procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 2 + years of progressive corporate income tax preparation and experience working in either a corporate tax department or professional services environment
• Knowledge of corporate tax preparation within a corporate tax department or professional services environment
• Working knowledge of online tax research tools (CCH, RIA, BNA)
• Demonstrate leadership and the ability to effectively problem-solve
• Excellent advisory and compliance skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information
